• Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + Super

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (True Work-Life Balance)

Your New Role

As a Broker Support Specialist, you are the engine room of the loan process. You will manage the end-to-end journey of an application, ensuring that from the moment a client says "yes" to the moment they get their keys, the experience is seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Processing: Manage the full lifecycle from initial submission through to formal approval and settlement.

• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients to collect/verify documents and communicate with lenders, solicitors, and valuers to drive results.

• Technical Lodgement: Accurately package and lodge applications via ApplyOnline, Connective, and Mercury.

• Compliance & Data: Maintain meticulous records within the CRM and ensure all files meet rigorous industry compliance standards.

• Post-Settlement Care: Provide exceptional service to clients even after the deal is done.

Your Skills & Experience

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who "speaks mortgage." To be successful, you will need:

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a Mortgage Support, Loan Processing, or Loan Writing role.

• Tools and Systems: Hands-on, proven experience with ApplyOnline, Mercury, and Connective.

• Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of both residential and commercial lending processes.

• Communication: Sharp written and verbal skills with the confidence to manage high-net-worth client expectations.

• Mindset: A proactive "can-do" attitude and the ability to juggle multiple files without dropping the ball.
